Today was a pretty decent day. I made it all the way through without taking a nap so I can get back on schedule, but it’s definitely been catching up to me in the last few hours. I’ve had 2 coffees today, so that only makes 3 total since, wild. Dinner in a few, some grilled chicken and veggies.

I got a massage today to try and fully relax my neck muscles. It was a Thai massage and I never had one before. Damn! That shit is so painful. It’s definitely worse than a regular deep tissue. She dug her elbows into my back and I wanted to just leave. She almost got horse-kicked a couple of times for tickling me. I hated the pain at the time but I was feeling super high when it was over, now my body feels like jello. I drank a bunch of water.

Dinner is ready.

— basically made it to sleep from 8pm to 11 pm and I found out what it was. It’s the pain in my ribs from the hard bed when I switch from laying on my stomach/side to my back. It’s like laying on the hardwood floor for a while when you go to get up.

I am so exhausted.
